        Return information

        Reflection time and return
        You may want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or there is another reason why you would not want to keep the order. Whatever the reason is, you have the right to report the return within 14 days after delivery to us by email or in your account. After you have notified us, you have 14 days to return the package to us.
         

        Our return policy.

        3. fill out the return form as completely as possible and enclose it in the return box.
        4. Make sure that:
          • the product tags are not removed from the articles.
          • If possible, the items are in the original packaging
          • all parts are returned, such as all bridle parts and reins.
          • The articles returned are clean, unused, and well packed.
          • The return form is included in the box.
          • Please note that charges may apply if the policy is not followed.
        5. Postage the package sufficiently; we do not cover the return costs. The local carrier can do this. Make sure you receive a shipping receipt as proof of shipping.
        6. Please send us the track and trace code by email ([email protected]), so we know that the parcel is on its way back to us. For returns outside Europe, we need to have the tracking code so we can update the border security that it is a return and do not have to pay any costs. Otherwise, we will not accept the return and inform the carrier to ship the parcel back to the sender.

        *Your withdrawal right expires when your return is not reported to us within 14 days or is returned with traces of use (excluding the rental items).

        As soon as we have received your package, we will process it. If the return policy (point 4) is met, we will refund your money within ten days after receiving your return.

        If you have indicated to exchange the product, you will receive a new invoice from us with the exchanged item with shipping costs after we receive the return.
         
        If you return the entire order, you will receive the total purchase amount on your account. So also the possible shipping costs of your original order.
         
        If you return part of the order, you will only receive the purchase amount of these item(s) back. In that case, you will not receive a refund of any paid shipping costs for your original order. However, if the products you keep fall below the free shipping threshold, the shipping costs owed will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

        Returning (or part) of your order is at your own risk. So keep the proof of shipment well until your package has arrived and has been processed by us.

        1. I don't have a printer; how can I return it?
        If you do not have a printer, write on the packing slip which items you return and whether you exchange or want a refund.
         
        2. What is the status of my return?
        With the track and trace code, you can easily track your return and see if and when the package has arrived.

        3. My product is delivered defective or incomplete.
        That isn't very pleasant, and we would like to help you with this.
        If your order is broken, incomplete, or received with a defect, we will find a solution together! Therefore, please contact customer service within two days after receiving your package. Try to describe the problem as clearly as possible, and we will consult for a solution that suits the situation.
         
        Do you have the idea that you have not received all of the product, or is the product not the product you ordered? Please contact customer service and let us know what went wrong. Together we consult a suitable solution that suits the situation.
         
        Exception:
        If the item shows signs of use, is dirty, damaged, or is no longer in its original condition, we can not accept the return. So when you have made a ride with your new bareback pad or bridle, you can no longer return it, and your return right will expire. Of course, you can fit the articles, but you may not use them if you want to return them.
