      Return information

      Reflection period and return
      You may want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product, or maybe there is another reason you do not wish to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason by email or in your account. After you have notified us of your return, you still have 14 days to return the package to us.
       
      How to return your order:
      1. Register your return within 14 days after receiving your package via email or in your account*
      2. Download the return form via the button at the bottom of this page and print it out.
      3. Fill in the return form as completely as possible and enclose it in the box. Ensure that the tags have not been removed from the item and are returned in the original packaging, including all parts, clean, unused, and well packaged. Please note that charges may apply if this is not met.
      4. Frank the package sufficiently. This can be done at the nearest parcel point or online and marked as a return. Make sure you receive a shipping receipt as proof of shipping.

      As soon as we have received your package, we will process it. We aim to refund the money you paid in the shop within ten days. If you have indicated to exchange the product, you will receive a new invoice from us with the exchanged item and the standard shipping costs.

      If you return the entire order, you will receive the total purchase amount back on your account. So also the possible shipping costs of your original order.

      If you return part of the order, you will only receive the purchase amount of these item(s) back. In that case, you will not receive a refund of any paid shipping costs for your original order.

      Returning (or part) of your order is at your own risk. So keep the proof of delivery until your package has arrived and has been processed.

      *We are not obliged to accept returns that have not been registered with us within 14 days or are returned with traces of use (excluding the rental items).

      1. How can I return if I do not have a printer?
      If you do not have a printer, write on the packing slip which items you are returning and whether you are exchanging or want a refund.
       
      2. What is the status of my return?
      With the track and trace code, you can easily track your return and see if and when the package has arrived. Would you like to know more about your return shipment? Please get in touch with customer service.
       
      3. Defective or incomplete delivery.
      That isn't very pleasant, and we would like to help you with this. If your order is broken or incomplete, we will gladly solve it for you as soon as possible! Therefore, please contact customer service within two days of receiving your package. Try to describe the problem as clearly as possible and discuss which solution best suits the situation.
       
      Do you have the idea that you have not received all of the product, or is the product, not the product you ordered? Please contact customer service and let us know what went wrong. Together we assess a suitable solution that best suits the situation.
       
      Exception:
      If the item shows signs of use, is soiled, or damaged, we can unfortunately not take the item back. So when you have taken a ride with your new bareback pad or bridle, you can no longer return it. Trying on an item is, of course allowed, but you are not allowed to use it if you want to return it
