Reflection time and Return
You may want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product, or maybe there is another reason you would not want the order.
Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason by email or in your account.
After you have informed us of your return, you still have 14 days to return the package.
How can I return an order?
- Please download the return form via the button at the bottom of this page and print it out.
- Fill in the return form as completely as possible and enclose it in the box. Our return address is on the return form.
- Ensure that the item with the tags in the original packaging, including all parts, clean, unused, and adequately packaged so that we can receive the item in good condition again.
- For Returns from The Netherlands and Belgium, you can print out a label via our return portal (€ 5.50). Enter your zip code and ORD (number). (number including ORD)
- Stick the label on the box, deliver the package to a PostNL or DHL point in your area and keep your proof of shipment.
- Please return by a local Carrier (mark as return or gift) for returns outside The Netherlands and Belgium and send us to track and trace by email ([email protected]) or Whatapp.
- As soon as we have received your package and processed it in our system, you will receive a confirmation from us. We aim to have your money back in your account within 14 days, with which you paid in the shop. Usually, this is faster.
- If you return the entire order, you will receive the total purchase amount back on your account. So also the possible shipping costs of your original order.
- The shipping costs for returning are for your account. If you return a part of the order, you will only receive the purchase amount for these items back; we will not refund your original order's shipping costs.
- Returning (part of) your order is at your own risk. So keep the proof of delivery carefully until your package has arrived and processed with us.
What is the status of my return?
With the track and trace code, you can easily track your package and see if and when the parcel has arrived with us.
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. We always handle your return carefully, and this can take up to 48 hours after receipt.

My product is delivered defective or incomplete.
That isn't very pleasant, and we would like to help you with this.
If your order is broken or incomplete, we will gladly resolve this for you as soon as possible! Therefore, please contact customer service within two days of receiving your package.
Try to describe the problem as clearly as possible and discuss which solution best suits the situation.
Do you feel that you have not received all of the product, or is the product not the product you ordered? Then contact customer service and report what went wrong. Together we assess a suitable solution that best suits the situation.
When the product is used or not in its original packaging, we can unfortunately not take it back. So when you have taken a ride with your new bareback pad or bridle, you can no longer return it.
