Saddle soap with glycerine from the Stübben brand is very suitable for cleaning all types of leather. Use a damp sponge or washcloth and rub the leather with a bit of soap. Let it soak for a while, and then wipe it clean with a dry cloth. Don't use too much soap and too wet a cloth. Let the leather air dry and not near a heater or in the sun. Check the leather and use leather balm or oil in places where the leather becomes too dry.
