F.R.A. FRA Tabal with chin strap

The Tabal is a leather bit with a chin strap, which is a soft but solid appearance. You can combine the Tabal with a bridle or directly attach the reins to the bit rings. This bit is available in 6 sizes. These sizes are equal to the "normal" bits.

For use

Put the bit in sunflower oil for 24 hours before the first use; this makes the bit smooth, and it can easily form to the mouth of the horse. The color becomes darker.

Use the first time:

With a new learning bit, the horse can react somewhat uncomfortably and sensitively. You can rub the corners of the mouth with Vaseline on first use.

Maintenance:

Always make sure that the bit is soft and smooth. Grease the dry areas with sunflower oil. Do not use leather oil!
