Saddle pads are to protect your saddle or bareback pad so that the bare horse's back is protected. Saddle pads come in many models and colors. It is important for the choice that the cover fits well under your (treeless) saddle or bareback pad.
In the Art of Riding range you will find pads that are not too thick or can be provided with different inserts to correct the position of your saddle or bareback pad. We have saddle pads from Christ Horse, Stübben, Waldhausen, Edix and Freedom Riding articles in our range. The saddles are with full padded merino fur or just under the support surface.
Some bareback pads have an anti-slip bottom on the bottom. For these bareback pads we always recommend using a saddle pad underneath. If your horse or pony has an arm-muscled back or a protruding spine, we recommend using a cover with merino wool under your bareback pad.
